UEFA will discuss the fate of this season�s Champions League and club competitions that have been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The European soccer governing body said in a statement on Tuesday that all of the 55 national soccer associations will hold a video conference on Wednesday to discuss options identified with regards to the potential re-scheduling of matches the 2019‑20 season�s leagues and cups.

UEFA members will also discuss such matters as player-contracts and the transfer system.

All UEFA competitions have been halted because of the virus outbreak, while this year�s European Championship has been pushed back to 2021. Earlier, UEFA�s president said the current soccer season in Europe could be lost if it cannot be held by the end of June.
