Biden should take peoples money seriously and question Afghan military top brass (including Ghani) who gave them orders not to fight Taliban

If the Biden-administration thinks that by allowing the democratic governments (that too the government which is sustained by US money) to collapse by armed uprising of terrorists (who dont want to participate in elections because they dont have support of the majority of the people), it can win the ongoing cold war II between ‘liberal Western democracy against ‘authoritarian Chinese democracy then it is living in its make believe world.

In the first place all the US-governments (post 9/11) made mistake of not enforcing secular democracy in Afghanistan which allowed the rise of militant Jihad and then even democracy was also not ensured which led to a situation where last election results were not declared for months because these were rigged hence two candidates (Ghani & Abdullah) were allowed to take oath for office. But what is even more serious dereliction on the part of Biden -administration is that it has not taken any action against the top brass of the Afghan military (including the Supreme Commander of the armed forces former President Ghani who even fled the country instead of fighting the Taliban)

It has brought a very disturbing trend to light in the State matters of the USA. It is not merely the socialist States which squander peoples money in public undertakings which are not run profitably / efficiently but even in a capitalist country like the USA the government doesnt care about peoples money. What can be a better example of lack of seriousness of the US-government about peoples money than the way Biden - administration is allowing billions and billions of dollars of the peoples money (which was given to Afghan government for its military) to go in drain (because when the time came to do what was expected to do with this US-money then instead of fighting the Taliban the Afghan forces simply refused to fight)

President Biden on July 8 said that - "[Together, with our NATO Allies and partners, we have trained and equipped over three hu- - nearly 300,000 current serving members of the military - of the Afghan National Security Force, and many beyond that who are no longer serving. Add to that, hundreds of thousands more Afghan National Defense and Security Forces trained over the last two decades. We provided our Afghan partners with all the tools - let me emphasize: all the tools, training, and equipment of any modern military. We provided advanced weaponry. And were going to continue to provide funding and equipment. And well ensure they have the capacity to maintain their air force. Hence Taliban takeover of Afghanistan is not inevitable because the Afghan troops have 300,000 well-equipped - as well-equipped as any army in the world - and an air force against something like 75,000 Taliban]" as reported at .https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2021/07/08/remarks-by-president-biden-on-the-drawdown-of-u-s-forces-in-afghanistan/

But on August 16 Prez Biden merely said that -"[Afghanistan political leaders gave up and fled the country. The Afghan military collapsed, sometimes without trying to fight]" as reported at https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2021/08/16/remarks-by-president-biden-on-afghanistan/

It is most irresponsible on the part of Prez Biden to let the military leadership of Afghanistan get away so easily (after squandering billions and billions of Dollars of the money of the people of the USA). Hence in discharge of his constitutional duty, Prez Biden should immediately do the following to correct the situation:-

(1)- Should ensure that the entire top brass (from Brigadier to President Ghani) of the Afghan military is arrested (from wherever they are) and subjected to court martial on the charge that - why didnt they fight the Taliban ?

(2)- Should make special efforts (maybe through this Court martial body) to find out who gave specific orders to the Afghan military to not fight the Taliban.

(3)- Should ensure that these court martialed top brass is quickly replaced with new top brass (including who are cleared from this court martial) to fight the Taliban.

It is hoped, Prez Biden will realize his constitutional duty and will see to it that Trillions of Dollars of US money spent in Afghanistan brings desired results so that it sends a correct message to the entire world that the USA is serious about winning cold war II between ‘liberal Western democracy against ‘authoritarian Chinese democracy.
