Biden gets low marks on his support for Israels war on Gaza: Poll
A majority of Americans have broadly disapproved of President Joe Bidens support for Israels brutal war on the Gaza Strip, a new poll shows. A poll from The New York Times and Siena College shows 57 percent of voters disapproved of the Democratic presidents support for Israels bombardment of Gaza. The Biden administration has given strong support to Tel Aviv in the war that has killed more than 19,600 people, including 7,700 children since its onset on October 7. Bidens overall approval rating stands at 37% among registered voters, the poll says. Among voters younger than 30, his approval rating stands at 26% overall and 20% on Israels genocidal war on Gaza. Overall, 19% of registered voters say both that they disapprove of Biden on the war and that its because hes too supportive of Tel Aviv, rising to 45% among voters younger than 30. The 46th president of the United States, who is being sued for aiding and abetting genocide in Gaza, is also accused of having blood on his hands after his administration vetoed a UN Security Council resolution that would have called for a ceasefire in Gaza earlier this month. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said back then that the veto made Washington complicit in war crimes in Gaza.
